Terms and Conditions are the rental conditions your guests agree to.

Terms & Conditions is located in the Advance section of the dashboard

These are added as formatted text, and can include links to external terms.

They are accessed from the menu areas under Advance (for pre-arrival messaging) and Tablet (for guests in your property).

Tip: If you are accepting bookings for guests originating from within the EU or California, we strongly advise that you ensure that your terms and conditions comply with the relevant data privacy regulations.

First, you will need to create a Terms & Conditions group.

After giving the group a name, you can then apply this group to one or more properties.

In the next section, you can add the content, external link, method of agreement and any other settings (such as a data collection summary and Data Protection Officer if needed).

Remember: Don’t forget to save your T&C’s, or they won’t be applied to your properties correctly!
