Available for subscribers of: YourWelcome Tablets, PropertyCare.com, GuestGuides.com
Available to: All team members with Company Details access in User Rights Groups
An individual subscription via PropertyCare.com, GuestGuides.com or YourWelcome.com will generate an invoice each time the subscription renews. These invoices can be handy for reconciling your personal or company accounts and can be downloaded from the Invoices tab found in the My Profile section of the YourWelcome dashboard.
Invoices are only available for subscriptions in the My Orders section of the Subscription Settings. So if your colleague was the one who originally set up a subscription, all invoices for that subscription will need to be downloaded from their account.
Invoices can be downloaded individually by clicking the PDF icon in the ‘Download’ column.
You can search and filter the table if you have several entries and need to find something as well as download the contents of the table.
