Booking Deposits allow you to pre-authorise additional guest payments

You can request a deposit from your guests before they check-in (in case of incidents or damage).

Any remaining balance is automatically refunded to guests when they check-out.

Tip: You can also use booking deposits to take payments for pre-arrival services (like early check-ins or equipment hire).

To enable this feature, you’ll need to link your Stripe account to the dashboard on the booking deposits page.

Once you have connected your Stripe account, you can set the currency, the default deposit amount, and choose to pre-authorise all guest cards.

You also have the option to disconnect your Stripe account if it is no longer required.
