Rental Agreements

As with all digital platforms, we cannot escape the need for terms and conditions. As YourWelcome collects data on your behalf we require any guest using one of our tools to agree to our terms. We keep these as light as our lawyers permit and in summary means we can process their data on your behalf and collect usage stats so we can continue to improve our platform. We do not, and will not, contact your customers without your consent but are legally required to have consent for processing their data.

It is likely you may have your own terms that you require your guests to agree to, in order to differentiate from YourWelcome’s ‘Terms’ and because most of our customers wrap these terms in to a ‘rental agreement’ any terms you wish to have your guests agree to (when checking in on a YourWelcome Tablet or via a GuestGuides pre-arrival Screenflow) are added under the section called ‘Rental Agreements’ in the Company Settings area of the dashboard.
