This section allows you to view and track shipment dates and tracking numbers. If items have been returned (like replacement devices) the shipment will show a negative number meaning it was returned and is deducted from any total products you may have.
YourWelcome use a number of different shipment partners (including UPS, Fedex, DHL and Royal Mail Parcelforce) with the majority of shipments coming from our UK product warehouse. Where possible, items are sent requiring a receivers signature, if this was the case, a copy of the receivers signature (taken from the shipping partners portal) will be available to download by clicking the attachment badge in the corresponding row. This helps with locating shipments by seeing which member of your team signed for the package on its arrival.
Don’t forget the column editor can help you show/hide the data in each row of this table based on your preferences. You can search and filter the table if you have several entries and need to find something as well as download the contents of the table.
