Available to: All team members with Company Details access in User Rights Groups

Within the Contact & Settings page, you can add the contact details (phone numbers and email addresses) for your company, note these are not necessarily for individual people as those will be added in the Users & Departments section and would mainly be used for adding eg Guest Services details or Maintenance team details (assuming you have multiple contact numbers used for different teams).

You can also set your company address(es), and direct links to your social media profiles (for instance, links to your company website, and/or Facebook and Instagram pages).

Any information added here can be used to dynamically populate details in automated messages or on pages within a YourWelcome Tablet. By providing clear and concise names for each data set, you will more easily be able to distinguish and identify between options when inserting in dynamic placement.

To keep the information that is seen both internally, and by your guests, consistent with where your company operates, you can also set the default currency, time zone, date format and time format that you want to be displayed within this section of the dashboard.
