Most options in the YourWelcome Dashboard can be edited at a granular level. In order to mitigate needing to add a lot of information every time a new property, a new booking or a new guest is added we have included a page to set various default settings.

Each item added here can have groups, this means you can differentiate between different sets of properties (see more info about property groups here) but means the dashboard can cater for not just one single default but groups.

This means it will eliminate the need for this information to be specified (if it will always be consistent) each time. For example, the check in/out times for your properties are likely to be the same for each of your guests/bookings, so this can be set by default (with multiple configurations applied accordingly, so each of your properties has the correct corresponding times set).

The YourWelcome Tablet Pin can also be set at an account level. The Tablet Pin is required to administer tablet changes and may need to be shared with housekeepers or maintenance staff if updating wifi details or editing booking info directly on the tablet. If a staff change is required and you feel it necessary to update the pin you can set a new default here.

Similarly you can also define the default value of any deposits required here on a group or singular level.
