Opening Hours

Adding your opening hours is an optional feature but allows your communications to include this data. Specifying your opening hours (or hours of operation) can be vital in ensuring there is full transparency on when you would be available to be contacted by (or reply to) guests.

From an internal perspective, this allows you to manage your teams effectively, knowing the time frames within which things must be done, and for your guests, this ensures they know exactly when they are able to reach out to your company in case they need any support (and crucially gives an indication on when responses may be received – thus avoiding any missed expectations about 24/7 responses if that is not what you provide).

You can choose exactly which days your guest support team are open by toggling each day on/off, and specifying the times at which you open and close on those days.

If you do operate a 24/7 guest service team you can simply toggle all days on and select midnight to midnight as your range.
