Logos

Although YourWelcome are a technology provider we operate on an almost white label basis. Your guest should feel like all communications either via an automated (or manual) email, on a pre-arrival check-in link or via a YourWelcome Tablet have come from you.

Your brand therefore is paramount in achieving this and we provide the tools to ensure everything looks like it’s bespokely come from you. The key driver in this comes from your company logo. As there are multiple places your logo is used in the dashboard we have centralised this to the Company Details > Logos section. Here we offer the ability to upload a logo for use against a light (mainly white) background and also a logo agains a dark background. Then when elsewhere in the dashboard you need to use a logo you can simply refer to one of these 2 images. Logos should be uploaded in the highest resolution possible and our system will downscale/resize accordingly to optimise it where ever it will be presented.
