Proof of Completion

Available to: Users with access to the dashboard with ability to create tasks.

Each task within a tasklist requires a proof of completion. By default this includes a tickbox however optionally you can require any of the following:

  • Supplementary Photo
  • Multiple Choice Question & Answers
  • Rating out of 5
  • Rating out of 10
  • A Date Input
  • A Time Input
  • A Number
  • A Comment
  • A Yes/No Answer

You can combine the answer formats above to use Tasklists as inventory checklists, inspection rosters or any other kind of checklist for your housekeeping and maintenance teams.

If using the proof of completion (tickbox or other) we capture a date/time stamp that the item was completed. This can be useful when receiving completion reports to analyse how long specific tasks took to better refine your overall tasklist timing estimations.

Note: A task can require subtasks but subtask completions can ONLY be tickboxes. For this reason you may prefer to use a tasklist with multiple tasks rather than a single task with multiple subtasks.
